I met the woman who seems to run things for the Shelter at the Greenwood Petsmart about 2 years ago. She has never once had anything nice to say to anyone - especially if they have a dog with them.
She constantly complains about the dogs "bothering her cats", and I've caught her several times saying nasty things about people when they are within earshot (myself included).
This is far from professional behavior, and unless she is the person who runs the shelter, I suggest they reconsider who they place at this location.
