We bought our first home from C.P Morgan less than 2 years ago and I would highly recommend them. We looked at almost every house for sale in our area and were shocked at how small most of the homes were. At C.P Morgan we got a brand new large two story home for about the same price as the used smaller homes we had looked at. We out to choose our from quite a few floor plans and we got to choose the carpets,counter tops,light switches,appliances,light fixtures and exterior. It was a great experience and we have not had any problems with our home. It was a lot of fun to see a home being built from the ground up and it only took a few months to be built. If youm are in the market for anew home I would definitely check them out and to visit the model homes.
