I have used Williams for years. They used to be really good, but lately their arrangements haven't been as pretty or unique as in the past. They seem a little overpriced for what you get and they are late delivering in Fort Smith. My husband occasionally sends me flowers to work. I don't usually get them until around 3pm. It is almost time for me to go home by then and I don't get to show them off very much. They do have some good points. They have never failed to get arrangements to people I want to send them to and sometimes they are absolutely beautiful.
