These men are nasty, rude and "talked" me into buying extra parts that were NOT necessary. I feel like I was taken advantage by their mechanics who convinced me I need extra parts replaced on my vehicle when indeed it didn't. I will not be returned to Jiffy Lube for my car's needs.
