I've been a member of Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center for about 10 years and have really enjoyed it. They are continually remodeling for the current exercise and fitness demands as well as provide outstanding community programs like soccer, baseball, and football leagues. The down side is you have to be a resident to join for a reasonable rate.
