After much research, I hired PaperStreet to design my website. While it took nearly a year to progress from the initial design to the nearly finished product, I was very pleased with the design. Unfortunately, the build of the site was a nightmare -- incredible amounts of glitches, missing pages, missing content, and misspellings. Worst, PaperStreet is run by a condescending egomaniac who charges obscene amounts to host the site and correct problems with its "Total Control" website management tool. PaperStreet represents that "Total Control" allows its customers to modify and add pages to its website without the assistance of PaperStreet technical people. Total nonsense. Adding a page often causes the drop down menu to become misaligned, which PaperStreet charges you to fix. That "Total Control" should be free of bugs that require techie intervention apparently does not bother the guy running PaperStreet -- probably b/c he insists on charging you to fix it -- every time. While the design is fantastic, if I had known PaperStreet would do such a crappy build and was going to charge me to fix problems that are caused by its flawed software, I would have retained another firm. Life is simply too short to put up with this kind of unnecessary aggravation. more
