I am also in the process of looking for a roof company. I called Reed Roofing and I have to say that I have never dealt with such a rude receptioninst.
I mentioned to a friend how rude Reed roofing had been to me, and she said that her sister had had a terrible experience with them. Let's just get down to basics here - if your receptionist is this rude -- how concerned can you be about your customers???
