Enclosed please find the final payment for my windows and siding project with Windowland. The work was completed today; and might I add, a day ahead of the estimated time. My home is beautiful, the color yellow Dave helped us choose is perfect. I was at home when the windows were installed and was pleasantly surprised at the absence of disruption and heat loss. I wouldn't hesitate to glowingly recommend Windowland to anyone with similar project needs.
Equally positive as the end result has been the performance of your installers (one whose name is Alex, and the other whose name I didn't get - but they are both from Belarus). I can't sing enough praises for them. They arrived ahead of time each morning, were fully involved in their work by Sam, and left the site immaculate at the end of each day. They worked in the very cold temperatures and even worked in the rain yesterday. They were knowledgeable, helping us sort out an issue or two we hadn't anticipated; pleasant and courteous to everyone, and didn't hesitate to consult us whenever there was a question. Their work was quick, thorough, precise and fine quality.
Sadly, this work ethic isn't common in our country's service-related industries. Fortunately, you've found these men to carry out your work and represent your company. We have been quite impressed.
