I always buy water, which is half the price per gallon, and fresh vegetables and fruits from the 99c store on 125th street. But you should be careful when you are buying the vegetables and fruits because they may not be good, so you should be eliminating the bad ones.
Banana is always 29c a pund here. The only negative thing about this 99c store is the long waiting lines.
