I like getting the Shelby Shopper every week. It is a free newspaper that is filled with mostly ads and offers from Shelby residents, but it also has a few news articles. Most of the time, it contains coupons for area restaurants. I love the fact that it is free. You can pick up a free copy in front of such businesses as Eckerd's, Cashmasters, the post office, Harris Teeter, and a lot more. You can call and ask them the closest box in your area, and they will tell you. Many people like their ads more than the Shelby Star. I have used both and have had the same results.
