The service that Marci Paul provides is not like that of any other American family agent I have had.
Marci was appointed to be my insurance agent when my former agent found work elsewhere...she was never available when I needed her and constantly had to return my phone call she never seemed to have her act together and seemed very unorganized ... I have dealt with American family Insurance for almost 11 years and never had any problems until I dealt with this agent, I now have a new agent and am satisfied. I belive Marci's former name was Lomeli.
