To sum this story, I’ve already paid Dave and Thrifty Tree Services $11,000 he is suing me now for another $15,399.45 and I believe this amount incur interest as well. I want to be clear, as far as the tree removal service it went ok but in terms of doing business with an honest person I truly believe that Dave Aviram is not such person, maybe I’m the only one he had such experience with, maybe not, but regardless, if you as a business owner taking advantage of your clients just because they trusted you this is not right, Dave Aviram want me to pay his company a total of $26,399.45 for a quoted invoice of $17,700 which should’ve been $10,100 I think it’s wrong.
If you have a big job for tree services or tree removal that involves insurance company I would pick a different company just in case you will have issues with the claim, which 99% happens and then you will have to deal with this situation which is not pleasant. Right now Dave Aviram is threating me through his lawyers that he will foreclose on my house remove me, my wife, two kids and an elderly woman out of our home for $15,000+
Last I contacted Dave Aviram I offered to enter into a payment plan with him only if he promises to stop the interest on the account which he refused to both, the payment plan and the interest.
