I absolutely love the ice cream from Sylas & Maddys. It is definitely the best ice cream in Olathe, if not all of Kansas City. The menu changes often and always has a wide variety of flavors. My favorites are Strawberry Lemonade sherbert and Cake Batter ice cream. I think the prices are comparable to Baskin Robins, maybe a little bit more expensive, but the quality is soooo much better.
