I purchased a frame and was told it would be delivered on the 4th then was told it would be delivered on the 17th after speaking to a "customer service" rep I was told it wouldnt even be in the warehouse in spokane until the 18th now Im being told even though I payed cash out of pocket I have to wait for a check to be issued from corp. office in 7-10 business days! The sale associate I was transfered to laughed when I got upset at being given the run around I am absolutely furious since I informed the sales associate from the beginning that I am on a time frame... apparently Im not going to be on a bed frame anytime soon either...stay away from this company!
