Steve built the house for someone else and did a nice job. When we bought it the warranty still had a month left. We provided him with a list of things to get done. Only 1 was major. The shower leaked onto the kitchen ceiling. He got the plumber right out to fix it, but some of our other issues, while minor were ignored. I kept hearing how he was going to send someone and it never happened and when I called again to check he basically said it's too late and "was just going to cost him money." I wasn't pleased with the response and wouldn't call him when it's time to put on an addition, but the house is beautiful and seems to be well built from a construction standpoint.
