Currently, I'm taking 2 courses from this company. One for Exercise and Fibromyalgia, and one for Prenatal Exercise Prescription.
These classes are well written, and I am enjoying the learning I am doing in my own home. I do enjoy the camaraderie of a class, but many times that is not possible and I feel good knowing how wonderful this company's materials are so that I may use them again in the future.
The Prenatal class, I would have been interested in anyway. As I plan to start a family in the next year...it is both personally and professionally relevant to me, and I will feel confident adding this aspect to my practice.
