I only had to go in for a drug test before being hired for my current hotel job, but they made the entire process seamless and painless. The nurses were very professional and conversational.
I had not gotten the correct paperwork from the hotel, and they keep records so if that happens they can just finish your test with the copies they keep on file of each company's documentation. I don't know if all hospitals do that, but it was a big plus.
I did NOT like that the hospital seemed so hard to find. Maybe it was me, but the sign and parking lot was directly in front of a Methodist Church...which made me think it was parking for the church. I drove around and ended up in a back lot, this caused me to enter at a really inconvenient location where I had to go up 2 flights of stairs and then cross a pedestrian bridge.
The people were nice and helpful, but the location wasn't the best.
