I visited my wedding dress 3 times, I couldn't deal that it was over $100 out of my price range. The manager knew I'd been in to try it on several times, and she took 10% off the dress and had it cleaned for me.
Kasey was my consultant, and she was absolutely the sweetest thing. Very patient and willing to let me "play" in the dress in front of the mirror as much as I wanted (I needed that as my mom and sister were out of state and couldn't be there).
Alterations were completed on time, I had one issue with the seamstress not making a hem short enough in front, but she corrected it very quickly and well under my deadline.
I don't plan on getting married again, so I can't say I'd use them again...but I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area.
