This bank started out as a small local one building bank in Bristol. It has grown a bit over the past few decades but it has maintained the small-time feel. The staff knows the majority of their customers. If they meet you once, they will likely remember you the next time. They do not nickel and dime you like some of the larger banks seem to do. The also offer loans such as mortgages or personal loans - both of which I have through this bank. Great place to deal with!
