I was appalled by the customer service that I received. I walked in your entrance with Breast Pads and Breast Milk bags with receipts to return them, waited in line for 15 minutes at the customer service desk for my turn to come, when it did the man behind the counter looked at my receipts and then went and got another man that was running a cash register. That man came over and proceeded to ask me if I had walked in the entrance door with the merchandise. When I told him I had he proceeded to ask me if I had walked to the back of the store for anything. I told him no, he then asked me if I was sure that I walked in the front door and didn’t go to the back of the store because he hadn’t seen me walk in. How could he have seen me he was running a cash register. I waited in the line for 15 minutes patiently. The man that was working Customer Service had to go and help a customer find an item and apologized for making me wait. The lady in front of me was returning an action figure she didn’t have a receipt or a bag and she wasn’t accused of stealing it. However when it’s my turn I get accused of stealing my items and I had receipts. After standing and arguing with the two men about wither or not I came in the front door with the merchandise for 15 minutes they returned it. I have never in my life been this humiliated. I could almost understand them asking these questions if I didn’t have my receipts but I did, I don’t get this treatment when I go to Wal-Mart or Buy Buy Baby, so why should I have to deal with it from Toys R Us. more
