Viking Health is now Fit for Life Family Fitness. I joined this gym for 6 months. It worked for the time being. I would go in the morning before I went to work. I would get there around 5:30am and leave around 7:00am. The gym opens at 4am but the doors are just unlocked and no one is working from 4-7am so you just had to hope nothing happened to you during that time especially if no one else was working out and you were there by yourself. The gym is small and the bathrooms are old. I no longer go to Fit 4 Life I decided to go with a gym that has newer machines and has people working all the time.
