If you have to go into Credit Counseling, Lifespan is a good place to use. We never had a problem until the last few months we were with them. They don't calculate interests on their payoffs and can end up not paying a creditor. Overall though, they did help us with paying off our debt and we only had to pay a $10 donation enrollment fee. For the most part, the few years we were with them, it really helped.
