A locksmith can be only one of two things. Either they're reliable and proficient (thus good) or unreliable and incompetent (thus bad). Puente Hills is the former (thus good), plus a little bit... It was 3am in the morning and we managed to lock ourselves out of the apt a couple of weeks ago, and the landlord was out of town. Anyhow, I called up a few locksmiths, and they weren't able to send anyone out at the moment, at least he answered. All the other locksmiths in town went straight to voicemail. Big points for that. Once I called Puente Hills, the technician got there within 20 mins, he was super friendly, fast, and didn't try to up-sell us ("Don't you want to change ALL the locks?") Elite New York Keys & Locks gets high marks, and you should definitely give them a try the next time you *oops* lock yourself out of the apt
