The adult patient who gave this negative review about the "horrible treatment" she received and "sawdust between the ears" was actually a very sad case. We tried to please her in every way. We bent over backwards on every occasion to address her concerns but finally realized that she was mentally ill and had to dismiss her from our practice because all of the assistants and the orthodontist feared for their own safety.
