2. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! First let me say that I have been going to Fefe ever since she was working out of her house and then followed her to both shops that she owns now..I was referred to her by a friend (who no longer goes there due to poor customer service) and was pleased that I had found a good hair braider because it it so hard to find folks that can do your hair the way you like it..after years of referring family and friends to her I continued to be a loyal customer never complained I just wanted to get my hair done and get out so I always made appts as early as 6am on weekends..over the years I have seen Fefe's customer service get worse and worse the way she talks to some of her clients will make you cringe the other workers are cool but for some reason Fefe's main focus is money she is not customer focus oriented and because of her lack of Amercian communication she comes off very aggressive..what brought me here today is that I eventually got tired of how she speaks to you as a customer and at times makes you feel like you need her..I personally do not like when she does my hair but love the way her other workers hair braiding performance..she try to find ways to give discounts but really hates it when it's time to deliver..she has a program for every 5 visits you get half off your hairstyle and of course that was exciting for me because I have been going to her for many years and as soon as it was my time to get the half off and I called to make an appt for Saturdays as I always have done early in the morning she informed me the day before that she only honored the discount on Mondays! this information was never mentioned or displayed on the card so she informs you on the spot..I was so dissapointed that i evetually paid the original price because I needed my hair done and I couldn't take off that Monday mind you I have been going there for so many years that I though she would make an exception but that didn't happen..so the next time I made it my business to get my half off and I made an appt fo
