The installation crew showed a total lack of respect for my home. They failed to use drop cloths before removing the old insulation so my basement, including my office, was covered with old insulation, dirt & grit. Everything needs to be individually wiped several times before the grit is gone. They even used my deck as an ashtray. The owners comment "he was sorry I couldn't be there to see how professional they were". The salesman did a great job at selling us the product, but has not followed thru with the phone call he promised to make to me after the holidays.
