I had a horrible time with these guys. They claim that you just have to bring your printerin and they will give it a look and a diagnosis and then you can be on the road to getting a quick solution. Well it took these guys a day or two to eventually figure out that the hard drive was bad. To much time taken to fix a small problem I would shop around before going back.
