Kiwi's technician spent 4 hours at my house cleaning the carpet in 5 rooms and cleaning my sofa and chair. He never seemed in a hurry to finish which amazed me. When he explained the benefits of spraying the newly cleaned carpets with teflon, my husband and I agreed that it made sense in our high traffic areas. The technician also got out spots that I thought would never come out. My house looks wonderful.
