I had been using another company for service. When my new treadmill broke, I was disappointed that the manufacturer sent out a different company for the warranty service. Wow, was I ever wrong. Fit-Tech was great!
www.Fit-TechHouston.com is their simple website, but talking to them in person is the way to go. They were so polite and knowledgeable and quick to get everything done! Now that I've had service by Fit-Tech, I'll never go back to that other service company! Kudos !
