Pop's has the best ribs in NJ! They fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. They are so tender and what flavor. Try the pulled pork and the bread sticks on the weekend are a treat. Friendly, fun, casual. Family owned. Always a busy place and it helps to have a reservation on the weekend. Sunday Brunch is new so I will have to try it.
