My wife (who dreads going to a hairdressers) went to this salon and walked out very happy. A nice, cozy feel. No awkward huge windows where you feel like everybody driving by is watching you. Everybody was VERY nice and friendly. Chatty, but not TOO chatty (as seems to be a case with a lot of hairdressers). She (my wife) was also happy cause they took time to explain how to style her hair at home, even gave her some free samples of the products they used on her hair.
Not the cheapest salon (not overly expensive though), but overall worth it...better pay a little more and be happy then get a bargain and walk out...not so happy.
They also do manicure/pedicure, massages, facials etc....can't comment on those though.
