I recently opened a checking and savings at this location and received excellent, personalized service. I did not feel rushed, the CSR took her time explaining everything. She offered all of the services that we needed.
They are in a fairly busy location, so I do wait in line a bit longer than I would like, but I guess that is any bank :) They have a nice layout for the drive-though, as you don't have to pull out of the lane into traffic, you can pull off and count your money.
