I have shopped here for the sales but the folks who work there are never helpful or friendly. I guess you have to be a "part of the clique" to get service?
For example, I had questions about the coupon policy and they told me to go to customer service. The rep told me to check out at the register and she would help me there. Well, I wanted her to explain the policy BEFORE I tried to use the coupons. Meaning if they would not let me use certain coupons, I did not want to buy that item.
Or if you are looking for some thing in the store, it seems like they will keep passing you to someone else. Like, "go ask at the deli" and then the deli clerk stated that she is not allowed to leave the counter to help people.
