The owner of OnHome Systems came by to help with my electrical issue, as I know nothing about electricity problems.
Other electricians said I should replace my whole panel, but he figured it was probably just one bad breaker. So, he tested all of them and found the bad one and replaced it.
They are very helpful and fair. Id recommend them to anyone.
