I have had the worst experience there! The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful (mostly teenagers work there). On my last visit which was the first visit in over a year, they wanted to charge for late fees that were over 1 year old. They also advertised "4 dvd's for $20.00" and only when I wanted to buy 1they said that you have to buy 4 in order to get that price. It wasn't stated anywhere throughout the store that purchase of 4 was required. The same with VHS.
