I am the owner of card Visa Gold Uniastrum Bank. I in the Internet shop JTF BUSINESS SYSTEMS on December, 6th this year had been made the order of spare parts Canon GPR 19 DRUM Unit in number of 2 pieces with delivery to Ufa, M.Rylsky 12-30 for a total sum of $3076,71. From card account 96916,37 roubles on December, 8th, 2010 have been written off. However until now JTF BUSINESS SYSTEMS and has not sent me way bills about sending and has in addition demanded for each unit on $500 (i.e. in the sum of $1000 though on the American site e-bay.com similar delivery costs only $80 for 3 kgs of weight to Russia to the address specified by me). After my refusal and the requirement to return money resources I have ceased to receive basically reciprocal letters from the given organisation, and phone calls of my acquaintances in the USA answer «that easier, withdraw payment».
On the basis of the above-stated and correspondence (that have answered) I ask to organise return of payment on the basis of that the goods and have not been received by me (though delivery is declared in a current of 10 calendar days after payment) and JTF BUSINESS SYSTEMS refuses to return money resources though 16th promised that means to me will arrive most after December, 24th. After December, 16th all my letters in their address are ignored. Despite phone calls and corresponding letters of this organisation the given order and is not cancelled and is «On Hold», ?.? pending. I ask assistance in the decision of the given problem or at least to block accounts of the given firm. In advance thanks for understanding.
