I purchased my wedding ring from here a few years ago. They told me who the manufacturer was at the time. Recently, I've had issues with my diamond becoming loose.
I took it back in there to have it looked at and they sent it to the manufacturer. Well guess what?? The manufacturer said it was not their ring...Greis could not tell me who the manufacturer was. They did a horrible job of fixing it and even had the nerve to charge me. I had to take it somewhere else and pay $400 to have it fixed right! They do not stand behind their product at all!! Buyer Beware!!!
