They are great and timely aboutcoming out to get measurements and take your money. Once that happens the absolute worst, chaotic service ever. I can be patient but not when I'm treated like crap. Shutter took over 16 weeks to come in, secretary hung up on us and owner never returned calls. Please go elsewhere and avoid headaches of Sam!!
