I had just moved into a new apartment and took my dog outside only to come back 30 seconds later and realize that the doors lock behind you, and my keys were conveniently sitting inside on the kitchen counter! Mind you, this is at about 5:00am and I am in my pajamas with no cell phone. Genius. I walked down to a local internet cafe and found West Farm Key & Security Systems. I called, and they met me at my apartment about 15 minutes later (by the time I had walked back from the internet cafe, they were there only seconds later) and got me and my pup back into my apartment within minutes. Excellent customer service and extremely professional... In fact, after I got back inside I saved the phone number in my cell phone just in case I make the same mistake twice! :)
