Austin-Warburton is a truly unique jewelry store. They specialize in custom-made jewelry, but also have ready-made pieces in their store. The staff is incredibly helpful, and they do all of their work on-site. We had our wedding rings sized and engraved there, and they did the most thorough cleaning of my engagement ring ever. They also noticed one of the prongs was slightly bent, and corrected it within the hour.
