Any time I have a good friend from out of town, I try to introduce them to Casey's Tavern. Located directly across from the Ann Arbor train station, it is within walking distance of Kerrytown.
Casey's specializes in pub grub- and they make simply the best buffalo wings. NOTHING- not BW3s, nothing- compares.
It is generally packed at lunch and dinner time on most days, so be prepared to wait a little. They do have a bar, so you can enjoy a beer before being seated.
