It does not sound like it, but it is a medical clinic: Minor Outpatient Medical, I believe. The doctors are very good- some of the same ones that work at the hospital. This is a good place to go if you can not get in to see your primary physician. I went there first thing one morning (I believe they opened at eight) and I was out in about half an hour.
