I may have to try this store again as so many people seem to love it. Unfortunately, the day I was there it was so busy that when someone was finally able to speak to me they had no desire to help me try to find the paper punches I needed for a scrapbook I was trying to complete. In fact the person seemed so overworked, she was a little hostile when I asked if she had any suggestions as to where I should try next. The additude was that if they did not have it, I obviously did not need it. On second thought, maybe I won't try them again.
