For anyone who knows real cooking (cuisine, in French), this is the place. There is a wait, sure. But to say the place stinks because of the wait is a Yogi Berra comment: sure, people could just go next door and get a sub sandwich (not even that bad) at Rollin' in the Dough, but they wait and wait for Bob's creations. My advice: pass up the chocolate chips in the window for the macarons in back. They are the real...deal.
