The vets are very knowledgable and experienced, however the front desk staff is extremely rude. We recently switched to another vet and discovered that we have spent years paying too much money for good pet care. The girl at the front desk rolled her eyes and acted like I was putting her out when I asked a question and was rude to my husband during our previous visit. Would be a great place if the came down on the prices a bit and hired staff with a some customer service experience.
