Don Marston and Ron Davis handled my recent new car purchase at Fladeboe VW. I don't know if having both of them assist me simultaneously is typical - but in retrospect I feel that I was very fortunate to have both seasoned and highly experienced professionals in the same room - who could provide me with a very fair and honest, - quick, easy and painless, - and truly "hassle-free", sales transaction. What really impressed me the most is their dedication to providing excellent service and really listening to the customer, specifically my personal concerns as well as my specific car options criteria. Even though they didn't have my first choice car on their lot - they were able to locate the exact model, color and options among all the regional dealerships, gave me the deal I was looking for and even delivered it for "pick-up" the very next day. There was absolutely no need to "negotiate". They gave me everything I asked for - and in the end, I got a deal I literally couldn't refuse.
