called and ordered a cab from this company earlier this week. The taxi came very quickly...and the seats were super plush (not something I normally look for in taxis, but a nice plus!).
But the story continues...I left my cell phone in the cab. I called the next day and the operators were very responsive, taking my phone number down and calling back to check whether I had heard from the cabbie. And the cabbie drove my phone back to my house that night! Unbelievably nice! So thank you, thank you Yellow Cab and Taxi #104
