Very Bad Experience. Built new home with CVM several months ago. Built lots of homes and never had a contractor this bad. It took 7 to 8 weeks to get the rough HVAC system installed. Most days they would have one journeyman working. Nice guy but too big job for one journeyman. When confronted about concern of timing. Owner said that is how it was bid deal with it. Cost us tons of money waiting for completion of rough in. Delayed job by month. Installed used duct work taken out of another home. CVM asked for payment upfront before system was up and running. HVAC system has never worked properly after countless visits from CVM techs. Still trying to collect funds we didn't agree to pay. Payment has always been the only concern of CVM never customer satisfaction. Good luck if you hire this contractor.
