Good: The service was great and fast. The quality level was really good too. The jackets I ordered look just like something you'd get at a high end retail store like REI.. Bad: There are two buildings at their location, so it was confusing knowing which one to go in. I first went to the manufacturing building before I realized the customer showroom was in the one behind me.. Improvements: More samples available in my size to try on in the showroom. I wear a 2XL size, and most of the samples there were available in just XL at the largest..
