Cashiers are fairly friendly. They can special order books for you and you get 10% off the cover price. Lots of good puzzle books cheap. However, the store is very crowded and there are piles of books on the floor in front of almost all the bookcases. This makes it hard to look as it is annoying to get down on the floor and hunt thru the books that are in piles. Good prices, tho.
